Friendly reminder, please make sure you park your vehicle in a legal parking spot. Please do not park on the grass, or in areas designated as NO PARKING. If your not legally parked, you may be towed.
Visitor parking is not designed to be an additional long term parking spot for Homeowners additional vehicles. Homeowners should use their garage or driveway for their personal vehicles. If you are leaving additonal vehicles in visitor parking for extended periods due to garage being used as storage - please consider using a storage facility for your items. There is a storage area across the street next to McDonalds that is very inexpensive.
The number one complaint the HOA hears from homeowers on a weekly basis is visitor parking is always full with homeowner vehicles. With the holidays approaching, please be considerate to your neighbors who have guests visiting.
Please use your garage or driveway for your vehicles. Also, handicap parking is not designed to be a residents personal parking spot. If your re using handicap as your personal parking spot, please be considerate of others that need it for visitors.

Patio for “A” units is approximately 6 x 14. Replacement must be the same size of original slab. ACC Form is required to be filled out and approved by board. Concrete vendor measured and provided the dimensions of 6x14 In the image.
