Several Homeowners have asked the Board to update the lighting on the walking paths. We ware happy to announce - the exterior walking path around our subdivision will be be upgraded to a brighter bulb with photo eye. The project will be done this week.
Due to non-residents causing issues with our homeowners in our subdivision, we are hoping the improved brighter lighting along the exterior walking path may help deter sone of the issues.
Homeowners have asked who is responsible for fixing or replacing Garage Aprons. This is a Homeowner‘s ResponsibilIty To repair or replace. ACC form is required to be filled out and approved by board.
Homeowners have asked who is responsible for replacing or repairing Patio. Patios are a homeowner responsibility. ACC form is required to be filled out and approved by board. Replacement patio slab must be 8x8.
Patio for “A” units is approximately 6 x 14. Replacement must be the same size of original slab. ACC Form is required to be filled out and approved by board. Concrete vendor measured and provided the dimensions of 6x14 In the image.

The Board of Directors amended the rule in regard to Wildlife feeding to allow Bird Feeders on association property. However, the Board of Directors reserve the right to ask homeowners to remove any Bird feeders causing issues on the association property.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT COYOTES ARE AGGRESSIVE - THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL SIGHTINGS IN SUSSEX.
DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED OUTSIDE - ESPECIALLY SMALL DOGS OR CATS
GEESE ARE ATTRACTED TO THE OPEN WATER AT THE POND. THE GEESE CANNOT BE CONTROLLED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. THE BOARD WILL START SPRAYING AGAIN IN EARLY SPRING.
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down your toilets.

Installing Security Cameras, requesting to make landscape changes, replacing windows or doors, or would like to change the color of your front door? Any exterior changes need Board approval. Please submit an ACC Application for Board approval.

Friendly reminder on Windy days to be thoughtful of others, and try to keep loose items out till morning pickup. Or, secure them in your can.
For safety reasons, please remember to close your garage door at night or during the day if your not outside. Also, leaving cars unlocked or running unattended is inviting trouble, Our Crime Watch group has updated all of us that leaving doors unlocked is easy target for theft.
Do not leave your vehicles running in your garage unattended or for extended periods of time.
